Niles Bolton Associates has particular expertise in clubhouse and recreational facilities design. Focusing on function and design of the building type, we have seen over 100 new and renovated clubhouse openings with buildings ranging from 3,500 to 90,000 square feet. Each of the recreational amenities we’ve designed is unique and serves a particular clientele whether resort or member-oriented. Our exceptional experience includes exclusive private clubs and others serving daily fee operations. Almost all clubhouses support golf with food and beverage facilities. The majority also provide for swim and tennis and some serve more unique amenities such as yachting.

Recreational amenities establish an architectural theme sand are often the most prominent buildings in a residential community for which their design must be appropriate. Some appear as romantic allusions to a historic style, others as light contemporary settings for their member’s lifestyle.
