Caren has spent 27 years translating client need into design concepts that are functional and aesthetically pleasing. She tackles problems with zeal and works well under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve results.

Caren’s long-standing relationship with clients derives from her openness to hear and understand their objectives and carry through on their requirements. She believes it’s critically important to identify goals early and coordinate with all disciplines on a project from its onset to the final deliverables. It’s a philosophy Caren has followed on award-winning low and mid-rise residential communities, primarily in the Southeast. She brings that experience in housing and high-end amenities to the hospitality projects at NBA.

A graduate of Brown University with a Bachelor of Science in Urban Studies, Caren received her Bachelor of Architecture from Harvard University. She is an active member of the National Organization for Minority Architects.
