The Blake at Township
Ridgeland, Mississippi

Summary
The first senior living community in the state of Mississippi to be located within a traditional neighborhood development, residents at The Blake at Township enjoy connectivity to shops and restaurants via multi-use trails. The exterior design, reminiscent of an old country manor, compliments the neighborhood of surrounding residentially scaled buildings. The experience of the community is one of homecoming and comfort. Upon entering the spacious lobby, visitors and residents have a direct view of the pristine lake. The welcoming feeling is carried on through lavishly landscaped communal courtyards to the architectural detailing. An end-wall gives the impression of a massive fireplace. The building’s “H” configuration maximizes scenic lake and courtyard views. Parged brick, exterior lighting, hinged wood shutters and dormers and decorative trim on the eves create the magnificent charm of an English manor.
