Irrespective of an issue’s complexity, Danielle stands ready to dive right in and figure out the best approach for arriving at a satisfactory conclusion. Like all effective problem solvers, she understands the importance of listening before you leap and being open to fresh ideas.

Danielle joined NBA just shortly before the COVID-19 pandemic meant working from home, immediately testing her never-give-up attitude. Her comfort in rapidly moving to solution mode proved an incredibly helpful asset in handling any disruptions and making sure that plans and projects continued to move forward. She counts among her strengths the facility for talking to anyone about anything and the desire to never stop learning. Since joining the firm, she has been working on developing and expanding the HR team.

Danielle earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida and brings more than six years of HR experience to NBA. She is a member of the national and Atlanta chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management.
