The design reflects the Element brand’s emphasis on modern simplicity, environmental sustainability and a convivial atmosphere. The six-story, LEED-certified hotel features 175 guestrooms and suites, an outdoor terrace with an infinity pool, a street-level restaurant and retail space. Nashville is among the fastest growing cities in the US and the vibrant West End area is home to Vanderbilt University, three major medical centers, important healthcare providers and prominent corporate headquarters. The Element serves as a hospitality anchor for ONEC1TY Nashville, which will ultimately include more than 1 million square feet of office space, 100,000 square feet of retail, and 600 residential units.
