In undertaking diverse projects, Daniel excels at meeting and exceeding the program needs, while interpreting the client’s vision and turning it into reality. In addition to his close collaborations with clients, Daniel assists in organizing the firm’s continuing education program.

Key among Daniel’s broad spectrum of responsibilities is the development of a schematic design to fulfill client needs. Daniel is involved in feasibility studies for potential projects, as well as overseeing the production of construction documents, analyzing general contractors’ submittals, observing construction progress, working with general contractors to resolve issues and managing the design team to achieve project goals. As a coordinator for the firm’s internal educational efforts, he also arranges lectures and presentations that will promote and maintain a high level of technical, historical and design knowledge.

A University of Miami graduate with a Bachelor of Architecture degree, Daniel joined NBA in 1995. He is a member of the Specifications Quality Control Committee, assisting in the review and editing of the office’s project specifications.
