Leadership and design sensitivity are just two of the assets Ken brings to the table. Having spent 23 of his 29 years at NBA, he has extensive experience in creating livable, eco-friendly residential buildings.

Ken remains dedicated to helping clients realize their vision while working within zoning and construction parameters. His recent focus has been on wood, concrete and hybrid metal structural systems in mixed-use developments. His designs often attract industry accolades:

Gables Midtown was a finalist for the Urban Land Institute’s Design of Excellence, won Best Community and Green Housing Award from the National Apartment Association and was the first multifamily mid-rise to achieve EnergyStar certification in the Southeast.

He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with Bachelor of Science in Architecture. In addition to serving the needs of clients, Ken helps develop the young talent at the firm.
