Jade Valley
Chongqing, China

Summary
Drawing inspiration from the Loire Valley but expressed through the prism of today’s China, Jade Valley was planned and designed to take advantage of the site’s topographical variations. The residential/retail complex built into a hillside offers a mix of townhouses, condos and garden apartments within an environment rich with elaborate parks, water features, sculptures and greenery. The intent was to unite the people, local culture and nature in a dynamic fashion, creating a green oasis for residents to enjoy.
