Relying on his technical prowess and detail-oriented mind, Grant maximizes time by addressing aspects of designs that have value to clients and the public who will live and interact with their projects. Regardless of budget, he presents design solutions that use client’s resources well and are consistent with their goals.

Grant has 13 years of experience in a wide range of design and construction types, having contributed to large-scale, mixed-use and multi-family developments, as well as education, corporate office and performing arts projects. No matter the type, he approaches every undertaking with a clarity of thought and understanding of what clients are looking, which enables him to provide documentation in an efficient manner and complete projects even on tight schedules. He recognizes the importance of communicating with the team about the ultimate goals and what they need to do to achieve them. His work on multi-family projects of all shapes and sizes across the southern and eastern US range from urban high-rise developments, to college-town mixed use, to suburban walk-ups. Currently, he’s focusing on plans involving urban in-fill sites that incorporate and integrate commercial and public spaces.

He attended the University of Tennessee, where he earned a Bachelor of Architecture.
