Summary
With Flamingo Crossings Village, NBA delivered the largest workforce housing in the country, a 2,614-unit development with 10,440 beds for Walt Disney World Resorts’ Cast Members and Operating Participants. The new community reflects the excitement of the Magic Kingdom, highlighted by a variety of floor plans for private and shared accommodations, resort-style amenities anchored by two 25,000+ sf community centers and the unique Disney Education Center. An architectural expression of the Disney Brand, the first phase of the project opened in 2020 and the project was completed in 2023. The trendsetting complex serves as a model for other large corporations seeking workforce-residential solutions.
