The protector of the brand and the firm’s “chief historian,” Tyler still recognizes the need to adapt to changing times and technologies and find new solutions to old problems. He derives great satisfaction from working with talented, creative people and seeing a concept transformed into built form.
For Tyler, keeping on the forefront of rapidly evolving technologies and processes is both challenging and rewarding. His background in communication and public relations within the academic construction arena has been particularly valuable in marketing the NBA brand. In his role as the company’s head marketer, he assists Senior Management in identifying new business.
Tyler graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and began his career as an Information Specialist in Georgia Tech’s Building Construction Program. He joined NBA in 2004 as a Marketing Coordinator and is a 2011 graduate of Leadership Buckhead. In addition he’s a member of the Urban Land Institute, National Multifamily Housing Council, Society for Marketing Professional Services and Association of College and University Housing Officers.
