Summary
The program for the new Neiman Marcus store at Broadway Plaza includes 87,605 sf, of retail space. The building is a stand alone structure with existing adjacent buildings on two sides constructed over an existing culvert easement. The exterior facade contains thin stone veneer, stained glass light towers, aluminum storefronts and show windows.  The two-story building is 35-feet high, with glass light towers extending up to 49 feet. Public art panels have been applied to the west and south elevations by internationally known artist, Ned Kahn.
