Drawing on more than two decades of experience tackling long, complicated projects, Rebecca relishes the challenge of weaving together multiple building uses in one structure. It’s a feat she couldn’t accomplish without forming strong relationships with clients, consultants and colleagues.

Shepherding projects from inception through construction, affords Rebecca the opportunity to manage both internal teams and external consultants, and work closely with clients, from large-scale developers to individual homeowners. Throughout her career she has divided her time between hospitality and multi-family residential projects. On branded environments like hotels, she focuses on ensuring that hallmark details and the brand identity are integral to the design and build. When clients’ wish list exceeds the budget, she takes pride in coming up with alternative solutions that can rein in costs. In mixed-use condominiums, she has shown flexibility in being able to satisfy significant purchaser customizations.

Rebecca received a Bachelor of Design from Clemson University and a Master of Architecture from Iowa State University. Within NBA, she is involved in growing the hospitality studio and training future leaders.
