Walter is recognized for his ability to work closely with clients to find a balance between market requirements of even the most complex projects and the aesthetic creativity demanded by the end user in today’s competitive market.

Walter’s strength of strategic problem solving, with an emphasis on design has produced national and international projects of all sizes and budgets to meet the needs of his clients including several award-winning multi-family and commercial projects.

A registered architect in District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia, Walter is LEED AP BD+C accredited and has served as a committee member with AIAdc and NCARB. He is currently a member of the Urban Land Institute's newly launched Suburban Development and Redevelopment Council and is active with the Maryland Building Industry Association’s Mixed Use/Multi Family Council.  In 2017, Walter graduated from the Washington DC ULI Regional Land-Use Leadership Institute. He has also participated in public speaking engagements on successful project management practices. Walter earned both his Bachelor and Master’s degree of Architecture from the University of Maryland.
