David Duncan, RA, LEED AP
Project Manager

For designs to be successful, they must communicate what the client wants, and for that to happen, the project team must understand the project goals and each other. David excels at ensuring that connection is strong and ongoing.

A self-starter, David balances personal accountability for a project with a collaborative spirit that works to fully realize what the client envisioned. His knowledge of construction types and detailing and building and accessibility codes is critical to leading the architectural design and documentation process and then coordinating with consultants and contractors to meet the project objectives. In addition to work on commercial retail spaces, he has applied his talent to large and midsize multifamily housing, townhouses, and single-family homes. Recently, he served as the Project Manager for The Goat Farm Apartments, a mixed-use, market-rate, multifamily project in Atlanta, GA, which won the 2025 AIA Georgia Award of Excellence as well as awards from AIA Atlanta, the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), Atlanta Business Chronicle, Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) Southeast Region and ULI Atlanta.

David received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Master of Architecture from Georgia Institute of Technology.
