David Duncan, RA, LEED AP
Sr. Project Architect

For designs to be successful, they must communicate what the client wants, and for that to happen, the project team must understand the project goals and each other. David excels at ensuring that connection is strong and ongoing.

A self-starter, David balances personal accountability for a project with a collaborative spirit that works to fully realize what the client envisioned. His knowledge of construction types and detailing and building and accessibility codes is critical to leading the architectural design and documentation process and then coordinating with consultants and contractors to meet the project objectives. In addition to work on commercial retail spaces, he has applied his talent to large and midsize multifamily housing, townhouses, and single-family homes. He served as the Project Architect for the Olmsted Chamblee, a market-rate, multifamily project in Chamblee, GA, which won the 2018 ULI Award for Excellence in Housing Development and the NAHB Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Award for Best Low-Rise Apartment Community.

David received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Master of Architecture from Georgia Institute of Technology.
