Summary
The NBA Interior Design Team developed a new work environment for Aaron’s Inc. Global I.T. Support Group. The office space was developed on the values of The Agile Manifesto: individual and interactions over processes and tools, working software over comprehensive documentation, customer collaboration and over contract negotiation, and responding to change over following a plan. Designed to help business people and developers work together face-to-face in a motivating and honest environment. NBA interiors designed the office space to meet these principals with customer work stations that can be instantly reconfigured, multiple configurations for meeting and training rooms, guest work areas, a large employee Internet café with modern and outdoor seating, and a gym playroom with locker room area.
