In defining a project’s scope, scheduling and budget, Melissa relies on her ability to listen and get to the core of client requirements. Along with an attention to oversight and design documentation, she brings a strong background in building codes and construction to ensure solutions meet expectations.

 Melissa has more than two decades of experience designing and managing assignments spanning office interiors, educational and retail sites, and kitchen design, with recent work focusing on corporate, multi-family and hospitality projects. Close team communication and collaboration and an insistence on quality assurance are her keys to successful project management.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Florida State University and is a registered Interior designer in Georgia. An ASID Design Excellence Award winner, Melissa is a member of the National Council of Interior Design Qualifications and a former member of the International Interior Design Association. As a mentor, she has assisted in developing an internal training program at NBA for interior design. She has also contributed insights on the firm’s risk management procedures.
