A consummate team player, David contributes to multiple projects while maintaining total quality management in every phase of his involvement. He brings the clients’ ideas to fruition within a budget that reflects reality.

By continually coordinating with consultants throughout documentation, planning and construction, David reduces the probability of problems arising. He was part of the team that earned a LEED Silver Award for the Southern Polytechnic State University dining hall. Most recently, he has turned his attention to multifamily, podium and wraps housing, and wood construction. David is diligent about staying on top of evolving constructions practices.

David received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture Engineering Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Management of Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University. He shares knowledge acquired over the course of a 32-year career with younger staff, instilling ideas about the importance of excellence in serving the needs of internal and external clients.
