With over a decade of experience in hospitality, multifamily, and student housing design, Natalia is a key contributor to both project execution and department-wide development. She helps shape custom interiors that meet client budgets and expectations, regardless of project type or scale. She also leads efforts to improve team processes—from templates to specifications—and promotes cross-team reviews that support quality and innovation. Known for always finding the silver lining, Natalia’s positivity and readiness to adapt make her a trusted collaborator across disciplines. Her recent focus includes expanding the firm’s hospitality interiors work and strengthening relationships with national brands.

She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Valdosta State University and is a member of the Network of Executive Women in Hospitality (NEWH).
