Timothy Fuerst, RA
Sr. Project Architect
Timothy brings a strategic and analytical mindset to the earliest stages of design. He specializes in turning complex site and client constraints into clear, buildable solutions.
Working closely with NBA’s land planning team, Timothy leads the initial site studies for most of his studio’s projects. He approaches each site like a puzzle—balancing zoning requirements, client goals, structural systems, and architectural best practices to find the most viable solution. His work helps clients assess project feasibility early on and sets a clear direction for the design process. As projects move forward, he stays involved through design development and construction documentation, helping ensure continuity and clarity across phases. Timothy’s collaborative nature and deep understanding of site dynamics allow him to influence a broad range of work across regions. From student housing in Georgia, Louisiana, Nevada, and Texas to mixed-use projects in Virginia and California, his contributions shape outcomes in both subtle and significant ways.
Timothy holds dual degrees in Architecture and Interior Architecture from Auburn University and is a registered architect in Georgia.
