Haley Denardo, AIA
Sr. Project Architect

Haley’s approach is grounded in clear communication, optimism, and a genuine investment in relationships. She brings a problem-solving mindset and strong organization to every project and is known among her peers for helping teams move forward with confidence.

In every phase of a project, Haley brings structure, clarity, and a focus on follow-through. In addition to her project work, she plays a key role in developing NBA’s culture of mentorship and growth—supporting licensure programming, participating in recruitment efforts, and helping newer team members navigate the profession. Haley’s recent portfolio includes high-rise student housing and urban market-rate developments, with a focus on South Florida and other dense urban markets.

She holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts and Sciences from The Pennsylvania State University. Haley is a licensed architect in Virginia and currently chairs the AIA Virginia Emerging Leaders in Architecture program, where she was a Class of 2021 graduate. She is a mentor in the Penn State Architecture Alumni Mentorship Program and a past board member of the National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB), where she continues to serve as an Accreditation Review Committee member and is a Visiting Team Chair.
