Her work is rooted in clear communication, organization, and a commitment to problem solving. Laura’s ability to connect with people, paired with her adaptable mindset, strengthens collaboration across teams and disciplines. She is known for being dependable, flexible, and willing to take on new responsibilities, approaching each task with a sense of integrity and follow through. Her recent work includes a growing focus on multifamily projects, supported by experience in hospitality, mixed use, and retail, all of which inform her thoughtful approach to planning, research, and execution.

Laura earned her Bachelor of Architecture and a minor in Business Management from Andes University in Bogotá, Colombia. Her education also includes international workshops and study programs in Spain, Italy, and the United States, including time at Sci Arc in Los Angeles. She is licensed through CPNAA and is a member of the Colombian Association of Architects.
