Summary
Designed to enrich student life at Louisiana State University, the South Quad Residence Halls introduce a modern, six-level pod-style living environment accommodating more than 1,200 students. Continuing NBA’s ongoing collaboration with LSU through projects such as Nicholson Gateway, Cedar Hall, and the Greenhouse Site, the design emphasizes connection, comfort, and community. Shared study lounges, multi-purpose classrooms, and collaborative gathering spaces support both academic and social engagement. A central lounge anchors each floor, complemented by amenities such as a fitness center, gaming room, and community kitchen. Durable materials and Type IB construction ensure longevity within the campus context, while landscaped outdoor spaces encourage interaction and relaxation. The South Quad Hall reflects LSU’s commitment to providing high-quality, student-focused housing that enhances the overall campus experience.
