Fellowship Heartwood
Richmond Hill, Georgia

Summary
Fellowship Heartwood expands senior living within the Heartwood master-planned development just south of Savannah, forming a connected community in the lowcountry designed to support individuals as their needs evolve over time. The 224-unit project is organized around a central four-story building containing independent living, assisted living, and memory care residences, with additional cottage and duplex units distributed throughout the site. The architecture draws from familiar residential forms, using brick, siding, wood accents, and traditional detailing to establish a grounded, cohesive character. The result is a setting that balances independence and care within a unified environment, supporting long-term livability and a strong sense of place.
