Waterworks Village
Atlanta, Georgia
Summary
Waterworks Village marks NBA’s first completed modular community, advancing Mayor Andre Dickens’ Rapid Affordable Housing Initiative to serve Atlantans experiencing homelessness. Developed in collaboration with the City of Atlanta and guided by Partners for HOME, the community provides 100 affordable residences within two, three story buildings arranged to foster stability, dignity, and connection.
