The Standard which is being developed by Landmark Properties and Selig Enterprise is projected to break ground this summer and will include 257 apartments ranging from a mix of one to five bedroom units along with 10,300 square feet of commercial space. A Starbucks coffee shop, currently located on the site, will be incorporated into the ground floor and a dedicated drive-thru lane accessible from 4th street will be provided. The 19-story tower will feature multiple amenities such as a fitness center, study rooms, gaming lounge, bike lockers, outdoor terraces, balconies, and a pool.

“The Standard is located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta’s Innovation District and our goal was to design a mixed-use tower that embodied the creative and entrepreneurial spirit of the area,” said Mohsen. “By incorporating the Starbucks into the ground floor retail we were able to locate a majority of the indoor and outdoor amenities to the 10th level giving residents sweeping views of Midtown and Downtown Atlanta.”
